I believe that will be heard in the Safe., Vibrant, and Healthy Communities Committee on April 22nd in Council Chambers. You are welcome to attend. There is usually time for public comment as well.”

I’m not on that committee, so I’ll just speak generally. Most commonly, the chair of the committee will assess through a show of hands how many people are present to speak on a certain topic. There is usually a presentation from our staff with background and options for the committee. After the staff presentation, speakers usually get three minutes to share their concerns. Then the committee members ask questions and discuss.”
