I just called nonemergency dispatch, and was told that an officer drove by two minutes ago and did not hear any music from the street. I invited them to send an officer to come to my house and listen from my porch or in my living room I have taken a video off my porch and a screen shot of the Instagram list. 

Kathryn, if this time or next time you can take a video from your house and from Bowstring if you go there, that might be useful. 

I think we need to collect a bunch of data ourselves and either plan to go to ROD/City or maybe 5 on Your Side.
