[BPW-Action] Re: Bowstring updates

Hey neighbors. I appreciate everyone calling this in and encourage everyone to continue doing so. Documenting the issue is very important. I would suggest we get together as a group and speak at city council during their public comment time. If we can coordinate with signs or shirts, even better. The goal is to attract media attention which has a way of sometimes spurring our leaders into action. It is completely unacceptable that Bowstring is allowed to blast its music into our homes a half a mile away or more. It is also completely unacceptable for RPD to complain about complaining. I encourage you to continue to use this list for coordination as this is exactly why it was created. I would also like to use the November East CAC meeting to discuss the problem and invite city councilors, RPD, Bowstring (if they will accept), and the media to participate.
