This is interesting they’re all trying to say that it’s not bowstring. I wanted to suggest to everyone on this list - you can verify that it’s bowstring by checking out their instagram page. I haven’t felt the need to do that recently as it’s been plainly obvious what the issue is but I will be verifying it going forward and documenting with screen shots and audio recording if possible. 

That said - whenever that was I last called, I think that was Saturday - the second officer I talked to, the one who told me they were being cited, confirmed that there was a country band there and that is what I was hearing at my house.

Several members of Council have expressed an interest in this cast, and have met with RPD and our City Attorney’s Office to discuss strategies to address resident concerns regarding Bowstring and other establishments that have received noise complaints from neighbors. I will elevate this email to our RPD leadership team.

It’s my understanding the noise isn’t actually coming from Bowstring, and RPD is attempting to locate the source, but I’m copying my policy analyst, Emily to assist in gathering more information and to elevate your concerns.
