[BPW-Action] Re: Bowstring tonight

Sarah,   I live on Dennis and I agree with you, the Bowstring music is as loud as ever tonight!   Officer Peterson of RPD told me tonight that the noise ordinance in Raleigh was suspended on August 8th so there is NO noise ordinance at all in Raleigh currently, and the business owners know it and are taking advantage of it in the Glenwood South area (apparently, Bowstring as well!).  The officer told me they are waiting for the new noise ordinance to take effect Jan 1st.
