Hello everyone - hope you have been having a good week. Mark Turner is on vacation this week, and he has asked me to coordinate our activities at the RARSfest THIS SATURDAY, April 2 from 8AM until 3:30PM (held at the State Fairgrounds). We have been getting materials together -- but need some Central Raleigh CERT members to volunteer to man our booth at this event. I hope to have two people at the booth at all times - and to have three shifts: 7:30am-10:30am -set-up and man booth 10:30am-1pm - man booth 1pm-3:30pm man booth and clean up Central Raleigh CERT will pay your $10 admission to the event. If you are interested, please email back. Wear any/some of your CERT gear to the event. We will have display items, handouts, and talking points for you. Let me know if you can help. Let me know what shift(s) you would prefer. My wife, Gail and I will fill in any unoccupied slots. I will get you more information once we have our volunteers in place.
