[Central Raleigh CERT] Oakwood-CERT mailing list has a new name!

Hey folks, The Oakwood-CERT mailing list now has a new name that matches the organization's name! Where you used to email oakwood-cert(a)eastraleigh.org ... you now email certizens(a)centralraleighcert.org ... to contact the members of Central Raleigh CERT.
