The attendees associated with this activity would be expected to purchase a regular admission ticket for the event. I am the president of a newly-formed Citizen Emergency Response Team
(CERT) group that's been started near downtown Raleigh. In case you're not aware, CERT is a FEMA-sponsored program to provide disaster recovery training to everyday citizens. It includes basic firefighting skills, first aid, light search and rescue, triage training, and more.
