Seaboard Ace Hardware, right here in our neighborhood, has bat houses. And I'm pretty sure they're less than $40. They're for my organization Incidentally Whole Foods in North Raleigh ( http://wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/northraleigh) is selling bat houses for around $40. Considering materials and time I do not think that I can make one for less. (However if you have one for sale for less please let me know...) Even if you do not desire to install a bat house a lot of valuable information can be found through that document.
