Good morning,
Any recs for local nurseries with dwarf citrus trees, if any?
Due to canker no trees from Florida can leave the state, so that requires expensive
shipping rates ($20 for one tiny tree) from California nurseries to NC.

If it is a rose, it will come into bloom sooner or later.
