The City of Raleigh released its Community Garden Report last month, entitled "Urban Agriculture and Community Gardens in the City of Raleigh." It's a good roadmap to what the city intends for community gardens. I know there are a few good plots of park land in our community (Lions Park, Meadowbrook open space near Conn) which would make good community gardens one day.
