Hi Gardeners! I have some purple bearded Irises in my front yard that have
finished blooming. Is the conventional wisdom that I should wait until fall
to divide and move them around or can I do it now?

The past few years I have split and relocated some of my irises a few weeks
after they were done blooming in the spring and they have done well,
blooming again the next season.
