I had great success with yukon golds a few years ago that I planted in a
previous tomato bed. I got the seed potatoes from Logans and they were
great. And I'm not even a very good gardener.
I think this list is going to be a great resource for me this year. I
wasn't going to plant anything this year, but a friend from Oakwood asked if
she could plant a few things and make it a joint effort and now both by 8x8
raised beds are full with zucchini, squash, beans, broccoli and corn.
I'm sure I'll be posting lots of questions for all you well-seasoned
gardeners.

Why keep them away from tomatoes?

I have never grown potatoes before, any advice? I

This winter I was inspired by Alys Fowler's BBC show, The Edible Garden.
She used grass clippings instead of soil to mound over the leaves as they
grew and planted fingerlings in pots.
Thanks a bunch,
Vanessa
