They were being neglected. I eventually brought them to my house to make it easier to watch over them. I also left a note on the door informing my neighbor that I had them and were taking care of them. To the best of my knowledge my neighbor has not been home since I left the note well over a week ago. In fact I am wondering if they even requested the trees in the first place I am tired of watering them indefinitely. If you are interested in one or both trees please e-mail me off list.
