What's the status on Raleigh's proposed revisions for AC?
My understanding is that Wake County requires secure enclosures for nuisance animals, but
I haven't read that the city is willing to enforce such safety measures?

We either need to learn how to keep our dogs contained, or we need to
forego dog ownership. One month we're angry at the City for not doing
anything about the loose dog problem, and the next month people are
sending out messages about their dogs getting out. It appears to be a
problem that the City really can't control. We just all need to be
responsible neighbors and dog owners.
Dog Owners, If your dog is that important to you, you should do a
better job of keeping up with it or give it to someone who can. If
your dog gets out, no one is under any obligation to return it to you,
nor can you control the treatment of your dog when it is out of your
presence. Can you imagine the terror to be experienced by the
neighbor who sees a trio of large dogs running toward them? I would
freak out. People don't owe you or your dog anything. It is not
their responsibility to help take care of your dog. It is YOUR dog,
for YOU to take care of; which you can't do if you don't know where it
is.

My neighbor's dogs are loose. Two are all black, one is white/gray
with brown spots. They are large dogs and travel everywhere together -
they will be easy to spot. If you see them running around, please
contact my neighbor, Roberto, at 919-793-8121.
Thank you!
