He was young, un-neutered and extremely friendly and affectionate. He was not wearing a collar or tags, and he appeared to have some spots of mange or another skin condition, which made it impossible for me to hold on to him while I tried to locate the owner, as I have three dogs of my own. I turned him in to Animal Control, and he's being held at the Wake County Animal Shelter at 820 Beacon Lake Drive in Raleigh. If you recognize this dog and know the owner, please let him or her know where he's at.
