they are moving away from nodes and into neighborhood designations. watch
this video of the presentation of the new plan at a school board meeting
for more details.
They are not making anyone change schools, according to the video, but
rather letting people finish where they are and the change to the new
districting. The video was highly informative (though not riveting).
