We'll be giving out candy here on Rumson! We have candy bars, along with stickers and glow bracelets for kids with food allergies (we will be keeping those separated from the peanut butter cups).

I'm a few blocks away on Brighton and we got 30+ last year. They come
in a slow trickle right around dusk, and the big "kids" (teens) come
until you turn out the lights!

I've only ever seen kids come on Halloween. This year it's a teacher
workday for Powell, so you may see the kids out earlier when their
parents get tired of saying "not yet..." Ha!
