Subject: [Lockwood] Fwd: young
teens trying to break in homes
There was an attempted break-in on Colleton Rd., two
younger teen boys, black with short hair. One is going around back while the
other knocks on the front door. They appear to be targeting homes with no cars
in the driveway and no security alarms. Details below, and please keep your
eyes open.
Of course there are many kids in the neighborhood during the summer who fit
that description and are not up to any trouble! But try to make eye contact
with anyone roaming the neighborhood and say hello... and if they are acting
uneasy or you do see anything suspicious, please go ahead and call the police.

today around 12:30 PM two young black boys tried to break in to my
neighbors home across the street (805 Colleton Rd) not realizing that
she had a friend staying with her from out of town. One knocked on the
front door to see if anyone answered while the other boy tried to break
in the back door. She heard the noise at the back door on the way to
answer the front door. When she opened the curtain the young boy was
getting ready to break the back door window. They did not get in but
she did not get a good enough look expecet that they were young teen
age boys black with shot hair. The police came and apparently they are
stalking homes with no cars in the driveway and no security signs.
Hope this helps everyone be on the lookout and help watch their
neighbors that are away from their homes and that do not invest in
security systems.
