[Lockwood] Possible break-in attempt?

My husband and I live on Rumson and woke this morning to find that our front door had been tampered with and the doorknob lock broken (but not successfully picked). We got home late last night, around 1:30, and it was fine (it's non-turnable now) so it must have occurred sometime between then and 9 AM; we had the bedroom door closed so wouldn't have heard much. It's possible they noticed we have an alarm system or were scared off by a passing vehicle; either way we got lucky, but wanted to share just in case they try again in the area! Julia Henderson
