Well he came by right before I posted to the listserv. I remember he once revved up Rumson after midnight when my son immediately woke up. I'm guessing he's not over by you? It sounds like he's on the Marlborough/Millbank loop if I had to guess from the Doppler effect produced? It had been quiet, but maybe he was just out of town… We always need a radar gun on this street!

Is there a certain time of day he comes through? Ask Officer Krysko if he can set up a radar gun at a specific time. Good luck!
