Hello all,
I am not the owner of the parakeet but have a long history of owning birds. I have a cage
and food in my possession and would love to take care of this bird if the owner is not
found. Also to the principal of powell elem. I will be happy to donate the cage and food
if needed. Thanks!

Hi Neighbors,
There is a green and yellow parakeet on the playground at Powell
Elementary. We saw it at 2:00 pm. It is unharmed and flying around on the
playground equipment. I tried to catch it but was not able to. If it's
yours, I hope that you will find it!
