Good afternoon neighbors. This afternoon the Raleigh City Council approved funds to purchase the former Dunkin Doughnuts property for the proposed future North Boulevard Park. It is my understanding that the proposed transaction is scheduled to close sometime in November. Demolition of the building should occur shortly thereafter.
