There were a couple of official looking gentlemen walking down Marlborough Rd today. When I asked what they were up to they said they were taking a look at the storm water drainage issue. I asked if that included the creek and they said "yes!"

Hello all,
I have just spoken with the city of Raleigh about the trees that are down in the creek of Marborough Road. They have told me that in a normal case the homeowners would be responsible for the debris that is in the creek. However, due to circumstances the city manager Russell Allen has asked for the city to due an inventory of what is in the creek. They expect to do this inventory next week and the following week. Mr. Allen will then determine if they are going to take care of the debris or alert homeowners that they are responsible. Just an FYI. Thanks!
