The young man that resides on Locke has been in business quite a few years now and he
usually sells near Enloe H/S and most of the chidren know him on Stevens, Milburnie Rds.
He recently loss his mother (2011) and I hope he has not resorted to crime because he has
a great business.

Any specific description would be helpful since there are a couple that work the area.
My daughter mentioned that there's an ice cream truck on Locke Lane by Enloe,
Pringle's Snack Attack — it has polka dots.
I'd hate to bother a neighbor who is just driving thru the neighborhood on their way
home.

My husband and I saw three cop cars blocking in a
white ice cream truck
this morning across Raleigh Blvd on Barksdale. Looks like they caught him.

My husband saw a white ice cream truck on N King Charles after 10 pm last
week? thought it was weird. Now we know why :-/
