I haven't...maybe one of the neighbors would be willing to? I'm sure they are nice people...and have no issues with them personally. You want to go by there to express concerns?

Before filing any complaints, has anyone spoken with the tenants? Seems
like that's the neighborly thing to do.

The staff generally does an evaluation first and then places a recommendation on the Council agenda. The Council only meets once in August, so their next meeting will be on September 6. Once the Council passes the ordinance the signs need to be fabricated and a crew sent out to install them. I will pass on to the Public Works staff your desire to have this issue addressed as soon as possible. We will see what we can do.

The parking problem isn't so much with the residents of the house at the corner, but with the large number of guests they have there for frequent gatherings. It does seem like that first block of Barksdale between Raleigh Boulevard and Rumson Road should be marked no parking on either side of the street to protect against the bad accident that's just waiting to happen.
