Our yard is decorated with mannequin parts, glow in the dark skulls and fake tombstones, and tomorrow I'm putting up lights, but the sidewalk is on the other side of the street. Hopefully, they'll cross the road!

I'm a few blocks away on Brighton and we got 30+ last year. They come
in a slow trickle right around dusk, and the big "kids" (teens) come
until you turn out the lights!

I've only ever seen kids come on Halloween. This year it's a teacher
workday for Powell, so you may see the kids out earlier when their
parents get tired of saying "not yet..." Ha!
