Jessica -
here's a map of the are I believe you are talking about. The areas shown
in green are the natural areas and greenway land that is maintained by the
city. The lots do go all the way down to the creek, which is what I
suspected. I will see if I can find out info here in the City if the City
is in any way obligated to clean-up the area, but at first glance, it does not
appear that we are. These are property lines that are based on the real
estate records. There may be some factors I am not aware of, so that's why
I will try to get you an "official" answer to this question. This is an
extensive area and I am sure costs would be high if individual owners have to
remove this.
