It isn't MJ, he is a light colored shepherd with an orange collar on.
He's very sweet and let me pet him, but ran off when a yorkie chased
him down the street. Very funny actually.

I saw the same guy walking on Stevens this morning. He was wearing
the camouflage jacket and carrying a short metallic cane that looks
very much like a crowbar. He doesn't actually use the cane to walk,
but he did have a bit of a limp so maybe he needs it to go up and down
stairs?
The rash of burglaries aside, this would look very suspicious after dark...
Does anyone know who he is?

Just now -
Full round of shots fired. Was SO loud, I knew it had to be close.
Seconds later, I saw two dudes jump the fence from 2304/2308 Milburnie
into the yard of 2335 Stevens. Both were young black men, one had
shoulder-length dreadlocks. They turned and ran down Stevens Road, toward
Chatham.
I called 911, and saw another neighbor doing what I assume was the same
thing. Police came within minutes, but the suspects were long gone.
This is too close for me. Shots were fired at this same location, what,
two-three months ago? Just seems like things are getting worse. Not sure
how much longer I want to stay.
