this person is at it again, and I'm going to attempt to file a complaint. If anyone
isn't working and sees this person, please file one too, if there enough of complaints
throughout the neighborhood, something might be done about it. I realize this is done
during the day, but it is verry distracting and shaking my windows. I'm not trying to
be a est, but this is getting old.p
