RE: shots fired

OMG! Delivery guy indeed. I'd never have thought these (and frequent) criminal activities happen around here like that. Although, please forgive me; coming from NY I am mostly oblivious until the robberies began stirring fear just weeks ago. I lived in NY for more than 22 years and have never encountered such in my neighborhood. Especially after gentrification; I mean although the crime was only a few blocks away, that is where most of it stayed. I am positive though that these activities will pass and/or become less frequent when it is realized criminal activity will not be tolerated near our homes. Please, nobody move, that is how it will end. This neighborhood is worth every effort. I'm in Victoria Place, so we do have our HOA to help with these things, too. They are doing everything they can as well. I know we've got the neighborhood watch, but what else can we do? There have to be more aggressive steps we can take to get the violence out of our neighborhood.
