My granddaughter's dog escaped from our house this afternoon, and has been seen in the area of Timber Drive and Lora Lane.  She is a chihuahua mix, brown with wiry hair.  She has a  tiny light dot on her nose. She is a new rescue, and my daughter had not had a chance to have her chipped yet, but she has just recently been spayed (and still has stitches).  Unfortunately,  since she was supposed to be safely ensconced in our house, she also does not have a collar or tag. Her name is Chocolate, but since she was just recently rescued she doesn't always  respond to her name.  She is lightning quick and pretty skittish.   I have attached a photo.  I have also posted fliers on Timber Drive and on Watkins St., which is where we live.  If you see her, please call my cell phone: 919.621.3408.
