I heard a piece on UNC NPR re: triangulating technology that tells police
what has been shot (firecrackers, guns, assault weapons) and where - to
within 8 yards. This is in Fayetteville because of a federal grant - can
Raleigh get similar technology even without the Fed. grants?
It's sometimes a horrible world that we live in but it's what we've got and
we need to be able to cope as best as can be. If we're informed, we can
cope.
