I called the police but be aware that I spotted an african-american male, grey hoodie, black pants, and white tennis shoes attempting to break into houses on Plainview Ave. I watched him try to open the front door of 2 separate houses and go behind both of them. When the police rolled by, he looked to have made a run for the woods back towards the apartment complex near Conn Elementary. Be on the lookout.
