Hi Deborah,
Sidewalks for New Bern Avenue is what came to my mind when I read your
e-mail. Whatever happened to the revitalization project of New Bern Avenue
(and Capitol Blvd. too for that matter)? They were talking about making
sidewalks at those meetings.

Hello! EastSiders it was recently brought to me by a
COR staff person inquiring if the East area would be
interested in getting sidewalks on some of the streets in
our area. A petition was started in our July ECAC meeting,
now we can use your help if there are streets you may think
or believe should have sidewalks, please start a petition in
your neighborhood(s): Info needed- Street names and blocks
and include a reason why that street(s) need sidewalks, then
the Name, Address, email / tel.number of each person
signing. There will be (3) more ECAC meetings this year
9/15/2014, 10/20/2014, 11/17/2014 at Lions Park and
Community Ctr. at 7:00pm., if you can get to one of these
meetings please do so we will have a petition at each and/or
you can also bring your signed petitions. Your assistance in
this is greatly appreciated thank you in advance.
