CAC chair/vice-chair vs. co-chairs?

Hey folks, The East CAC is updating its bylaws and one thing to be considered is whether we should go from our current chair/vice-chair arrangement in favor of a co-chair arrangement. I'd love to hear what folks think are the plusses and minuses of each one. For those CACs with co-chairs, what made you make the leap to co-chairs and how has it worked out for you? Mark East CAC
