I agree with Bill's sentiments that this is a decision that should be
made within the RCAC.
Does this require a vote, or can the executive committee make these
appointments? I'm fine with the executive committee making this decision
but if the consensus is that a vote is needed, holding it at our holiday
social makes more sense and would be consistent with our bylaws.
I'm not sure we need to vote as at our last meeting three volunteers
expressed interest and it appeared no further action would be needed. If
instead we'll need to vote then we need to vote in person.
