WHAT: The Planning Staff is bringing back the final six (6) deferred items for discussion -- comments from the Technical Review Group, additions to residential dwelling units on small lots, the backyard cottage, resource extraction, surety bonds and adequate public facilities.
Any outstanding concerns need to be communicated to the City Council immediately. The final approval of the UDO could happen today, but more realistically over the next two weeks.
