I believe ISPs are beefing up efforts to reduce spam. I'm hearing more
complaints about bouncing e-mails. Recently, I stopped receiving
announcements from Twitter. Apparently, at&t has blacklisted Twitter
e-mails. I assume the Twitter volume is overwhelming servers.
Hopefully, you are receiving my replies.

Subject: [RCAC] RCAC chairs and contacts, if you have a spam blocker, please
add me to your OK lists
I just got a half-dozen or so bounce-backs from my email to the RCAC group
sent directly from my email address: linda(a)lindawatson.com
Some of them required that I join a spam-blocking service and agree to
terms, which I'd rather not do. Would those of you with spamblockers please
add me to your lists of approved emails? I'm looking forward to working with
everyone.
Thanks ...
... Linda Watson
