I believe ISPs are beefing up efforts to reduce spam. I'm hearing more complaints about bouncing e-mails. Recently, I stopped receiving announcements from Twitter. Apparently, at&t has blacklisted Twitter e-mails. I assume the Twitter volume is overwhelming servers. Hopefully, you are receiving my replies.
