[RCAC] Scammer Kevin Ross

Heads up for your neighborhoods. A scammer by the name of Kevin Edward Ross is working neighborhoods across the city, claiming he locked his keys in his car and needs money for a locksmith. He asks the victim for a specific amount of money ($16 or $18) and sometimes claims his girlfriend is a flight attendant. Sometimes he asks the victim to take him somewhere across town. No one has been hurt or robbed by this man but plenty have been taken in by his sob story. He's been reported in Mordecai, Oakwood, Cooke St, and Cameron Park, among other neighborhoods.
