WHAT: The Planning Staff is bringing back seven (7) items from the last meeting -- setbacks for properties without frontages, use of land-use management software to improve infrastructure planning, site access rules, open space requirements for tall buildings, new language for the section on Infrastructure Sufficiency, a list of the City Council's changes to the UDO, and the proposed language for the ordinance that approves the UDO.
The list of changes made by the City Council begins on page 35 of the staff report.
The proposed wording for the ordinance that approves the UDO begins on page 55 of the staff report. This ordinance explains how and when different sections of the UDO will be implemented.
NOTE: All rules related to the backyard cottage and accessory apartment have been removed from the UDO.
