I will see if the Planning Department can save the acrobat file in a lower version of Acrobat. Sometimes Acrobat will give you this option.

Also the Planning Department has already updated their page to provide the link to the COW Agenda.

Further to our conversation this AM. It appears that I needed to update to Adobe Reader 9.1 to pull up the page. So at this point everything seems to be working properly.

I don't know if other people will have this problem but I was using Adobe Reader 8 before.

Please publish/broadcast the following changes to the Planning Commissions May meeting calendar.

The Planning Commission has cancelled the Text Change Committee and Strategic Planning Committee meetings on May 19, 2009.

The Planning Commission has scheduled special Committee of the Whole meetings on May 7, 2009 and May 19, 2009 to continue their deliberation of the draft of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The meetings will begin at 9:00am and be held in Room 201 of the Municipal Building (Council Chambers).
