chief? This is the question City Manager J. Russell
Allen is asking all Raleigh residents as he begins the
selection process for the next police chief.
The surveys must be returned to Mr. Allen by October 11. Responses may be submitted online or mailed to: J. Russell Allen,
City Manager The police chief vacancy will be created October 1 by
the retirement of Harry Dolan, who has served Raleigh in
that capacity since September 2007.
