The UDO will include the new the development regulations (LAWS) that will regulate future development in Raleigh. Under the new regulations, the majority of approvals will not require public hearings; they will only require administrative approvals. Therefore, it is really important that we get "THE RIGHT RULES IN THE RIGHT PLACES." The public comment period for the UDO, the new development regulations proposed for the City of Raleigh, ends on June 6. To help you learn more about the UDO and provide feedback to the City of Raleigh, the Five Points, Hillsborough and Wade CACs are hosting a special event.
