I viewed part of TC-1 on RTN. A streaming version (RTNSV) should be available tomorrow morning. Viewing the intros and public comment will provide a better understanding of these proposed text changes. I personally learn something new every time this stuff is discussed.

Fellow RCAC members,
I tried as best I could to reflect everyone's input from the RCAC workshop meeting last week on the proposed Text Changes as well as our own NECAC input and personal suggestions in the attached PP presentation provide at the public hearing tonight. If your comments are not reflected or you have different ideas let's bring them forth at tomorrows' RCAC meeting and then send them to Planning or you can do that directly.
