Hey CACers,
Anyone else noticing VERY slow response from Progress Energy in
repairing streetlights? It's been several weeks since I reported a
number of lights out and all but one have been ignored.
If action is not taken soon, I intend to bring up to Council that the
city is paying for streetlights that are not functioning.
