The City of Raleigh newsgrams (although Dwayne and many others forward
this info so I usually get several copies)
Street alerts - city website (homepage)
Recycling block captains is a good one too.
As Chairs, you should also seek out neighborhood mailing lists in your
CAC and ask to be added. (Usually digest mode is preferred for high
volume stuff.)
