We have a number of neighbors in the East CAC who had no idea that the CAC existed. We're working to get the word out through flyers and yard signs but I've been unable to find a fitting description of what a CAC is or does. So, let me ask the group: how do YOU describe your CAC to neighbors who haven't heard of CACs before?
