neighborhood to communicate their
concerns to government. We let the City Council know what concerns and problems
citizens have, and we especially give them feedback on development and re-zoning
in our neighborhoods. We help you get your opinions across to our elected
officials"
I stress that official channel of communication bit. This is super
simplified and maybe you could quibble about exact accuracy, but it gets the
general point across.

While this is all good stuff, I'm mainly looking for the "elevator
pitch" ... how would you describe CACs in one paragraph?
Or put another way, how would you "sell" a neighbor on the CAC in 30
seconds or less?
