I would vote for whichever venue has the fewest seats. That way, it looks "more
full."

are down to 2 options for the Neighborhood Recognition Awards locations
(Convention Center or Council Chambers) if we want to keep the program on October
16. We will need to make a decision soon so we can revise the forms and
